We are called to discipleship to grow in knowledge and experience of God through Jesus Christ, committed to support the mission of the church, and empowered by the Holy Spirit. We are challenged to help one another engage in ministry and action, grow and respond in faith to God’s redemptive plan for the church, the society, and the world.​​

EXPECTATIONS
As a member of the Women’s Missionary Society, we encourage all sisters and brothers to:

Be committed followers of Christ.
Attend and support local, area, conference, district, and connectional events and projects.
Pay dues in a timely manner.
Always strive to live out our salvation and call to serve.

The colors of the Women’s Missionary Society are white with a touch of royal blue.
The Meaning
WHITE: purity of life, light and faith
ROYAL BLUE: peace and healing power of God; trust, loyalty, sincerity, wisdom, confidence, and faith

Levels of Influence
Connectional
The Connectional (or International) WMS encompasses the world.
EPISCOPAL DISTRICT
We are a part of the First Episcopal District. This district is home to 7 conferences: New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia, Delaware, New England, Western New York, and Bermuda.
CONFERENCE
We are the New Jersey Conference WMS.
Area
There are 8 areas in the New Jersey Conference: Asbury, Atlantic City,
Camden, Elizabeth, Gouldtown, Morristown, Newark, and Trenton.
LOCAL
The local church is where connections begin and the foundation is built.
